At Lamazi Fabrics, we want you to be delighted with your home textiles and sewing supplies, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all non-cut items in their original condition. Please note that custom-cut fabrics and personalized upholstery items are ineligible for return unless they are found to be defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold and pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the fabric is protected from moisture during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our warehouse, then drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned textiles, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
